I love home baking, always have.
It doesn't look overly polished, but you know it's fresh and baked
with care and a smile.
So that's what I spend time doing these days, baking cakes and cupcakes for birthday parties and afternoon teas, sometimes mine but increasingly other peoples at their request.
Some of my recipes come from my maternal grandmother's original cook book (complete with her hand written additions).
I use organic eggs and butter as standard.
Children, and adults, Birthday cakes, brownies, scones, custom gift boxes and of course, cupcakes, cupcakes, cupcakes.
Yummy yummy in your tummy. Chocolate, vanilla, banana, carrot, red velvet, coconut, coffee…
